During the development of architectural and structural plans for a custom home, we will work together with our trade partners to provide a competitive bid on your project. We can advise on areas of either cost savings or adding additional value based on our experience. Material specifications are determined during this pre-design period and incorporate into your budget.

We handle all aspects of construction from start to finish. Our team of experienced craftsmen work with numerous other qualified and experienced trades on all aspects of the project including daily site visits, oversight of all sub-contractors, vendors, consultants and municipal inspectors. At the beginning of your project we will issue a construction schedule that will be reviewed on a monthly basis and during scheduled meetings. In addition to total transparency and ongoing regular communications, we provide monthly invoicing, manage lien releases, insurance certificates, validate licensing and insurance of sub-contractors and work with mortgage lenders.
